Don't Be Fooled Like the City of Troy
The Greeks deceptively gifted the City of Troy a Wooden Horse. Once the Horse was let inside the city gates, the soldiers, hidden inside the horse, opened the gates to let the enemy inside. Likewise, the wording of this Amendment is so ambiguous, that once you let it into the State Constitution, it will lead to new interpretations that the citizens of Maryland would never have approved.
